	Back to top... Applications and full payment (check or money order) must be returned by February 15th to receive priority consideration for participation in The Irish Fair & Music Festival. No monies will be accepted at the fair grounds. Checks made out by second parties must indicate Vendor name on check. Booth assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis with first choices honored whenever possible. This will be subject to the policy that booth spaces will be assigned according to the best interest of the fair program. 	Back to top... The Irish Fair & Music Festival will again be advertised this year. A major advertising campaign is in progress. This year we will invest in excess of $90,000 in advertising and trade in print, radio and television.

	Back to top... 1) Booth Hours - All booths will be inspected by Fair officials at 10:00 am on both Saturday and Sunday. All booths must be open and ready for business at 10:00 am each day, and may not close before 6:00 pm. This will be strictly enforced. 2) Employee Passes: Each 10' x 10' booth will be given four (4) employee passes for use during the event. Additional employees or staff members must purchase their own admission tickets. Discount parking will be provided to Vendors, Volunteers and Performing Artists. Each vendor will receive one delivery pass for set-up purposes. 3) RV Overnight Stay - KOA Campground onsite. 4) Electricity - Electricity will be provided at an additional cost to vendor, and must be requested at the time of application. Vendors must provide their own heavy duty extension cords. Make request for power to Pageantry Productions in advance of arrival. 5) Vendor Doubling-Up - Doubling-up in booth spaces is not allowed without prior written permission of The Irish Fair & Music Festival. Doubling-up may be allowed for an additional fee. 6) Equipment Rental - Rental supplier (tables, etc.) will directly contact vendors approximately 10 days after vendor application has been accepted. 7) THE IRISH FAIR & MUSIC FESTIVAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISALLOW ANY VENDOR FROM PARTICIPATION AT THE IRISH FAIR & MUSIC FESTIVAL.
